From Bummer Service to 5 Star Super Service! Thanks Brian Short!! I made an appointment at Findlay Toyota on Wednesday to have a recall service completed and to replace a lost key for my 2015 Toyota Corolla. The work was completed on time but not to my satisfaction. I bought my car used in 2016. Before I purchased my car the previous owner installed an aftermarket alarm. The alarm prohibited programming the Toyota key properly. I was told by service that I would have pay them the $300 cost and then pay more money to go to their after-market company to complete the programming. I received a text asking if I was happy with my service. I indicated that I wasn’t. Within an hour Brian Short, the Service Drive Manager contacted me. He asked me what happened. When I told him he asked me to bring the car back in. He indicated that he would do all he could to restore my confidence in Findlay Toyota. I brought the car back in and within an hour he had found a way to work around the aftermarket alarm. Brian Short went the extra mile to turn my Bummer Service to 5 Star Super Service! Thanks Brian Short!!

Patrick and Tommy made this the best experience at a dealership ever. Patrick worked with us through the deal, was very thorough in explaining the features and the capabilities of the car. Tommy worked diligently to ensure my needs where met as well. Kirk was a super great conversationalist and ensured the loan paper work was correct. It was all just amazing. Thank you Findlay Toyota you guys have a great team.

It was a very bust day. But I got everything down on my tundra. Myles was very helpful and kept his word on checking back in with me as time passed. After everything was completed I received a very detailed print out and emailed information on my tundra truck. I loved that part. The only down side was the courtesy car wash, it wasn’t satisfactory. Had to wash 2 times to be satisfied. But everything else was great. I would make this my home location for any service on my tundra.

This was the BEST buying experience! Findlay Toyota sales associate "Q" listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and he found the perfect fit! "Q" is friendly and very professional. Finance went very smooth and he explained all warranty options. I appreciate the no pressure to buy, they wanted me to feel comfortable and confident with my total buying process...it was a 1st Rate experience!!! Thank you!
