I love the service department. They always make sure my car is taken care of and keep me updated on upcoming services. The staff has been friendly and helpful at every visit. They always let me do my homework while I’m waiting. I love my new pen that I was given by one of the workers. It writes so smoothly! Little things like that is why I will continue to trust them with my car. :)

Super clean, newer dealership with friendly, active staff. Nothing too special in terms vehicles available but this dealership gives you detailed information about what they are selling and perks of Nissan ownership. Those in the market for a newer Nissan should visit this dealership regardless of where you live in town. The building, their process of sells and information added make it worthwhile.

We had an awesome experience with Brandon and also sales manager Rod! From the beginning Brandon listen to our circumstances (down payment, trade in, monthly payment.) Brandon was very attentive and was very knowledgeable about the buying process. Sales manager rod was incredible. He explained not only what the bank position was but also explained what we could do in the future after buying this car. He negotiated with the lender to the point we were very, very surprised that he could make this deal go through. After everything was said and done Brandon and Rod went above and beyond getting us into a brand new car. They both made the process easier with little anxiety. The facility at Henderson Nissan was exceptional. Professional, clean. Thank you Brandon and Rod for making this experience exceptional! We will definitely send our friends to you should they have a need for a vehicle. And also we will think about Henderson Nissan when we need to purchase another vehicle.

I brought my Titan in with a battery issue (Warranty Issue) I did not have an appointment and when I stopped by, I talked to Chris. Chris was awesome, he got me right in and had the service team take care of the issue. Chris was extremely friendly and helpful. Great Overall Experience.
