These guys are awesome. I (very regrettably) had a dvd system installed in my vehicle by Kustom Audio Radio. When my kids broke it, I found out their customer service was simply awful. Enter Sound Decision. They are always courteous and knowledgeable and fixed the DVD player no problem. I recently had to get a pair of headphones replaced and they were able to do that for me as well. They also did a great job tinting my front windows. Save yourself a headache and go to Sound Decision the first time!

Nothing but good experiences here. I've been a customer for over 15 and have had window tint, remote start and stereo systems installed in multiple vehicles. Very professional service and installation evey time.

Good place for car alarms and sterios and speakers. They also sell a lot of RC Vehicles
