Hands down the best shop in town! Great customer service and professionalism!
My auto mechanic for over 20 years. The shop does excellent work.
The customer service is terrible! Had my fuel pump changed and afterwards my ABS and traction control lights were lit up. My traction control wouldn't work as well as my cruise control. I called and spoke to an Asian guy who basically said it wasn't their fault. He insinuated my car could have been like that prior to taking it to him. My car was perfectly fine until they touched it. He told me to take my car to auto zone to have it checked out after I paid him over $500.00. Not the kind of customer service I would expect but I will NEVER take my vehicle there again!
I highly recommend Jimmy's Repair. I am from Texas, found this shop in the phone book. I work with Wind projects, my vehicle must be working daily or I don't work. First repair was a wheel bearing, today was the fuel throttle body. Arrived after 2pm on Friday and he diagnosed the problem and repaired in under 2 hours. I was so surprised, thrilled to be back on the road. Great business, fair and honest.
Would give zero stars if I could. Called in about an oil change and told me to do it myself. Don’t waste your time with these jokes.
