Horrible customer service and the complete run around. Spoke with Eileen in the service department and told me they couldn’t provide me loaner because I was going to a different dealer, which is a lie. They charged DOUBLE the price for repairs, why would anyone pay double. Spoke to Susan (WM transferred me to her) spoke to her about the problem and she didn’t care nor try to make it right with a current customer. All she had to say was “things change, not my fault!” What!? That’s how we treat our current customer and I bought my vehicle there. Unbelievable! Will make sure people know about my experience.

Western is the best dealership around. Top notch staff and service. Not only do they treat you right but they love vehicles and do everything in their ability to make sure yours is pristine and the way you want it. Super fast when purchasing as well. You won't be there all day buying a vehicle unless you wanna be. I highly recommend Buzz and Connie and their team of professionals.

I bought a car there a while back and was waiting to see if I had issues over the long term before sending a review. I’ve owned the car for a little under a year and have put nearly 40k miles on it with no issues at all. Their service staff was helpful and their salesman was awesome(though no longer with them) it was and has been a great car buying experience.

This is a great place to buy a vehicle. Sales staff are great. They don’t pressure you on a sale at all. Financing, service dept. and all the other staff at Western Motor are great. I would recommend this car dealership to everyone. We bought our new Buick LaCrosse from them, and we absolutely love our new car! I think we got a really good deal. Thank you Western Motor.

Western Motor has professional people doing an exceptional job whether it be buying a car or getting your car serviced. They are friendly, prompt, and courteous! I highly recommend this company. You have people for all your vehicle’s needs. They are a one stop shop!
