Wildwood finney county. Park

We were initially planning to stay at another RV park, a line of slabs along the highway. Then I read about Wildwood Park, a reclaimed previous quarry opened in 2019. It is away from town, peaceful, with brand new electric hookups. We heard Sandhill cranes, saw ducks and birds of many kinds. No highway traffic here! Activities include fishing, picnicking and camping.

Don't think many use this or it's just not the busy season. They have electric, no water. Porta Potties for bathrooms. And the river was dried up. We just needed a cheap place to park for the night and this worked out great. Wonderful wild flowers growing!

Nice little park. We took a quick tour and hope to come back and try out all of the facilities.
