Findlay Lincoln was able to take my car in for necessary repairs at very short notice. The tire need to be repaired because it had a nail. We could not change the spare tire ourselves because the lug nuts were defective from being swollen. Lincoln paid cost for towing back to their shop and repair the tire. They agreed to replace all the lug nuts for free but only after I pointed out they are defective. They originally planned to charge me for new ones. While they fix the tire they did other maintenance that was needed to be done. They finished all work in a good time frame. All work seems well done. The only complaint about it is that their cost for the labor was higher than expected.

My vehicle was in service due to a battery cable recall. Keith, the ServiceTech was amazing! He was very apologetic for not getting my car in when he planned to and made up for it by changing my oil free of charge. He also realized there was a recall for a brake hose that he replaced since my vehicle was already there. All this just saved me 2 trips to service. One for the recalled hose and the other my oil change that probably would have been due in about 2 months. Thanks Keith for a job well done!!! If no one else tells you, I will 😊😊😊. Thanks Again!!

Great dealership, wonderful customer service. Alan Rothenberg provided and excellent sales experience, kept us very well informed, was highly responsive and extremely professional. I highly recommend Findlay Lincoln!

Best experience I've ever had with a dealership! Wonderful customer service that has always gone above and beyond all of our expectations and has made us feel part of the Lincoln family. The Service Center of this location is exceptional! They take great care of our vehicle and Jose has gone above and beyond to provide the best experience possible for us. They even came to pick up my car to service it so that I didn't have to take two toddlers to the dealership. I appreciate all that Lincoln of Henderson does for us.

Always great service. The service staff are outstaanding. You always feel welcome and everyone is courteous. If you want outstanding service for your vehicle, this is the place. I've had no problems with my vehicle and I've used Signature Lincoln for almost 19 years. Tells you something about the Findlay tradition helping people with their vehicle needs. Hats off to Jose Merez the service Representative.
