A pleasure to work with. When some staffing trouble prevented Paul's Mobile Detailing from being able to come clean our RV before it was due back to the rental place, Paul's graciously offered to pay for the entire cleaning fee assessed by the RV rental company. That was incredibly kind and shows Paul's wants to be a long-term ally for RV renters and owners.

Finley's Lincoln, I'd trust no one else besides this dealership to care for my navigator. From 2007 till the end! My service manager has always gone the extra mile to help me at every turn. Jose is the best!! Nothing like dealing with people you can trustšŸ’Æ%

I've had so many issues with this dealership and I should have known better than to trust them from the start. This is continuation if my original review on yelp 5/26/2020. In this case, this morning on my way to work my tire was marking low pressure. I discovered a nail in it so I took it to Costco. This is where I was told that they couldnā€™t patch it because the tire was over 9 years old. They also informed me it was unsafe for a vehicle to be on the road with tires over 6 years old. So at this point Iā€™m having a hard time understanding why I was sold a vehicle in such condition. This entire situation is beginning to feel even more unsettling as issues continue to come up and it hasnā€™t even been a year since the purchased date. At this time Iā€™m just having trouble understanding why this is all happening. Especially since I did confirm with Cristian and Steve that the car had a 1 year warranty through your dealership. They reassured me the car was put through multiple inspections and that everything was in working condition where I shouldnā€™t have to have any major repairs or switch anything out for at least 3 years. I also chose to add a warranty that would cover the remainder 2 years. To summarize, I trusted this lot to sell me something safe and reliable that I would feel comfortable in. I chose Chrysler because I wanted somewhere that valued costumer service as life errands can be tedious and having a courteous and welcoming experience can make all the difference in someoneā€™s day. At this point I am honestly beyond upset. If the tires would have been sold to me in the condition I was told to ā€œtrustā€ I could have simply stopped by Costco, gotten a quick patch and been on my way to class. What happened, I showed up to discovered it couldnā€™t even be serviced because the tires are too worn & they donā€™t even have them in stock. So now instead of being in class taking my State Board prep Iā€™m at home typing this up because if I donā€™t have a ā€œjustified reasonā€ to miss class I canā€™t graduate when Iā€™m supposed to.

We went to Carmax first they told us to go see what car we wanted out in their parking lot, After waiting an hour & half at Carmax what seemed forever we're told most of those cars were not available for sale after being told all the cars on the lot are for sale. So upset wasted so much time but definitely left. So happy we did we went to AutoNation & we met a wonderful man name Jake He was so patient with us so sympathetic with our needs, We couldn't ask for a more then helpful person to work with us in buying a car. We walked in they were about to close they stayed open & worked with us did paperwork till 11:15 pm at night. I'm definitely sending people you're way AutoNation. Thank you Jake sending a big hug your way I will be buying another from you in the future. Love our truck šŸ˜˜šŸ„°

Went to the Hyundia dealership... what a joke I knew more about the car then the salesman! He tried to tell me some BS about the sticker price without knowing what he was talking about. I had already priced and driven the suv that I was inquiring about, and went to the dealership in Henderson under the impression that you get a better choice and price of available cars HA! You definitely donā€™t. I literally had to ask the salesman to go inside and let me look at the SUV I was looking for, he was like a mosquito I wanted to swat him away. So if youā€™re in the market for a Hyundia bring some insect repellent and take a Xanax before you go! Was extremely disappointed with the dealership and hopefully this will save someone else from one of the most annoying experience one could have! By the way I used to sell cars so I say these things from personal experience, not from any animosity towards salespeople. I truly understand sales but a salesperson should at least know what theyā€™re talking about, and not be annoying! Stay healthy and be well. Peace out!
