Dealing with Michael Fletcher was a smooth, honest and easy process. The level of his service is extremely professional and polite. I've been in Sales for over 30 years, so I know the differences, and he is definitely World-Class. I am going tell you that next I would make an appointment. One, once you have your car there is paperwork, two, key points about the vehicle itself. Three, since you have an appointment your game plan should be pre arrange financing, four, think about warranty. Warranty is costly, you have to be honest, can you afford the warranty package. Lexus of Henderson was great but they are in business to make money, they will offer you everything under the sun. I felt no pressure to buy a car but I was ready and willing to buy a new car.

I was very pleased with my service. I had an early appointment and was seen promptly. I was presently surprised when given a courtesy vehicle which was unexpected. I was able to continue with my busy day of work and kids. The staff was friendly, communicated frequently on my service and time expected. When I got my car back it was cleaned and tank was full! Awesome service!
