I bought another Acura vehicle from John this past week. He is as honest and genuine as they come and I recommend him to anyone that wants a “straight up answer” without any sugar coating. Not once did I feel pressure to buy anything, which made my visit there awesome. The finance team there of DJ and Reba were very helpful and meticulous with explaining all the terms and options. I had a great experience and would definitely go back...a third time. Thank you Findlay Acura for all you do!

I have been here twice for service on my 2005 Acura TL. I am thankful for the service that Nathan provided me both times. I feel that he did an exceptional job with making recommendations but not pushing me to get service done. If I was not moving I would continue to work with Nathan. Everyone else that I interacted with was friendly and the facilities was clean.

Visited the dealership with intentions to purchase a vehicle but was still on the fence as we thought the process was going to be difficult and long. Travis was very helpful and answered all our questions. He did not oversell the the vehicle in the sense that we did not feel like he was spewing recited specs to get us into a vehicle we didn’t want. He listened to our interests and got us into the vehicle we chose. The process took about three and a half hours but the service, professionalism and friendliness of the staff made it a pleasurable experience. We feel like we were offered a great deal and all our options were explored. Even the custodian was very caring. She saw we were getting ready to remove our belongings from our trade in vehicle and she offered us a heavy duty bag. Really appreciated that small gesture.

Chase was very easy to deal with. The dealership and customer service was top notch. We told him what we wanted and we made a deal very quick. It was a great experience.
