Nathan was our salesman when we bought our 2020 GMC Sierra in July. He went above and beyond helping us while completing the sale. We wanted to come in late when there were less people. We asked for masks and social distancing and that was already his practice so it made us feel more safe and secure. We were able to workout most of the details of the sale prior to entering the sales floor. He made it quick and easy once that day came for us to be inside the building. Since the purchase we have had some maintenance issues. Even though he’s not in the service department he has gone out of his way to assist us. Nathan is customer service oriented first and foremost. I would purchase a vehicle from him again. He is an asset to Autonation GMC and the sole reason I have returned and stayed during our service issues. Thank you Nathan!

He started by sending me a detailed list of cars to look at based on my preferences that provided every specification I needed to know about each car which I found to be really impressive. When those cars didn't work out Nate went above and beyond the call of duty to find my beautiful 2017 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid! He educated me on car buying and made sure everything happen the same day! In addition, Geoff Reeves was also fantastic in setting me up with an awesome extended warranty that I have already raved about to my colleagues, friends, and family. From scheduling service to picking up my car, my entire experience was of the utmost professionalism and courtesy. In particular, I was impressed with how the service tech assigned to me (Court Milmeister) handled my repairs. He communicated every step of the way and followed through on everything he said. I was thoroughly impressed by the care and services I received. The representative at the call center to schedule repairs was kind, efficient and scheduled my tow right away.
