I leased a unit a few years ago and would lease again without hesitation. Very clean, well maintained, and security does check up on the property constantly, from what I've seen. I never had any issues with bugs, rodents, or any other problems. The management was easy to work with, (no BS and no bait and switch games like I ran into at another major storage chain in Bismarck.) My unit was ready to use when I showed up, and it was very clean. I can't say that about the competitor, which I won't name but I'm sure you know about them already. If I could give Denny's ten stars, I would! (No, I don't work for them this is an honest review, I'm a local guide for Google, check my profile to verify it.)
It's a storage unit and it works with easy access storage. They seem to have good security. The first day I was there a security car drove by just to check in.
