The management at this facility, Bobbi in particular, is OUTSTANDING. She is on the location and very involved, professional and friendly. When I stopped by to rent my unit, Bobbi took the time to show me a couple of different options and how absolutely SPOTLESS this facility is. The security at this facility is top notch, as well.nnYou’d be hard pressed to find a better storage facility in Dickinson. The call center folks are not local, so you have to talk to them like they’re five year olds when you call—speak slowly and clearly. HOWEVER, leave your info with them, and Bobbi will contact you very quickly and then you’re speaking to the woman in charge, who is actually on the site each and every day. She is a pleasure to interact with.nnI’m so happy that I rented my storage unit here. I have complete confidence that my belongings are safe and secure.
I have been renting from Five Star Storage since March this year. I've been extremely happy with their service. The facilities are very clean and well kept. The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to meet my storage unit needs.
Competitive price, new facility and friendly staff. The complimentary use of enclosed trailer for the first use and $25 a day after that exceeded expectations. They also offer a complimentary use of a meeting room during business hours.
Great staff. Easy to work with. Peace of mind with security. We love using five star storage.
