Best kept secret in Wyandotte County. One of our favorite places to have lunch or a cook out with friends.

What a beautiful shelter!nIt is so need to see these old shelters that are still around. An absolutely incredible view of the lake and the surrounding countryside that overlooks the river valley below. from the one shelter you can see all the way across the river valley to parkville. Really is a beautiful spot, it has swing sets, an old seesaw, bathrooms, water hookup, trash cans, and just about everything you need to come here and have a outing.

Need more park patrol.
