The Worst Pharmacy in Kansas City!!! Very rude. Never on time with my prescription. Treat their customers bad. Been on hold for 23 minutes got hung up on, called back the last answered, put me on hold again. Still Holding 26 more minutes later!! Never using Walgreens again! CVS it is!!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. The store is always filthy and looks like a bomb went off. The actual pharmacy takes forever to fill prescriptions. The prescriptions are never ready or not processed through insurance correctly. Very frustrating! The customer service is lacking and it's clear that everyone working here hates their job. Go elsewhere if you can!

This store is always a problem I use coupons along with the policy it states on their website and I'm told I can't use 2 coupons with a b1g150% off sale which it doesn't say in the policy I even called corporate and they said exactly what I said. When I spoke to the store manager and told him what corporate said he said oh I don't know why they would say that continuing to tell me that I was wrong. Will not be shopping here again since they think they know the policy better than the corporate of the company they work for.

This store doesn't have as much as the 24 hour walgreens but it does have rare items.nCashiers are cool and nice, alot of respect to them. Tilong who is one the managers, is very courteous. I've observed him talking to his employees and he knows how to talk to them. And the customers. I believe that they should all get a raise at this WALGREENS. THEY DESERVE MORE THAN FIVE STARS.!!!!

Pharmacy is painfully slow. 45 minutes to fill a common script on a morning when there were two pharmacy staff and NO CUSTOMERS
