This pharmacy location has minimal drive-thru service. The staff are over-worked and not as helpful because of that. They will deliver if you have basic medications BUT if they are out of stock on an item, it could take a week to get in. I had to wait over a week more than once. However, I have observed the staff being very helpful with a couple of older customers who needed clarification on items and they did take extra time to assist. And a gentleman who had a language barrier got extra assistance. Again overworked staff and the store HUGELY needs some remodeling.

I really hate to complain, but I'm a health care professional. I understand about masks and social distancing. My children accompanied me to this store and we had our masks on. We recently had a loss of my grandfather and I had gone to the store to print photos for his ceremony. A lady behind the counter walked over and demanded my children and I maintain 6 feet of distance from each other. My daughter began to explain that we were related, but I asked her not to argue and we complied. I went to check out and that same woman was behind the counter with what appeared to be a white, blonde haired blue eyed woman and her child standing arm in arm at her counter and said nothing to them. I went to another line and proceeded to check out. The woman who was checking me out was polite and respectful. I didn't previously realize a high price on one of my other items and asked if she would remove it. She agreed but then the first cashier walked over, crossed her arms and glared at me and my kids. She walked up about 3 feet from the other cashier and stood there just staring with a hateful look on her face. We wrapped up our transaction and left. As for this Native American woman and my children, we will not be back.

If you're going to get tested for COVID-19 use the left lane don't just look at the arrow right above where it reads testing appointments. Made that mistake and had to wait longer. Also if you're filling a script use the right lane because the other isn't working.

Horrible location! They were given my brothers' Rx to fill multiple times; stated they never received. Went back to the facility that had provided his subscription, had the nursing director call them in front of me. The pharmacy tech stated they had received the order and would be ready in an hour. Two hours later they still weren't ready. Ran some additional errands and went back fully 3 hours later; they still weren't ready. I know it was a large order and that I'm not the only person needing a prescription, but 5 hours to fill, ridiculous!!!
