There was a lack of follow through on my financing. I was approved with 3 lenders and each other has different approval conditions. I was truthful about everything and submitted my bank statements and more and more things that were asked over the course of several hours at the office. I finally left and did not hear back for days. On day 4 I finally text my Sales rep Brandon and asked why he did not follow through. He stated that the finance manager was out for several days??? They never gave me an exact answer whether or not I was approved on a $1000 down offer based on what paperwork I submitted. I told Brandon that I would go though my own bank to get a better rate and straight answer. And of course, he then follow through hoping to get a sale after they dropped the ball. I got approved through Navy Federal Credit Union and decided to go through another dealership. Overall, it was a poor follow through on my application. Had they shown some sincerity and consistency I would closed the deal with them.

Got an excellent deal on a great car. Purchasing process was quick and easy. Enterprise even helped me correct a small insurance issue. I was in and out with the car in less than an hour. No that I've had the car for 2 weeks, I can say this car has far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend using them. No hassles or high pressure to buy. Excellent selection of vehicles.

Andre Serhal at Enterprise Car Sales, along with his manager were simply amazing! I had no expectations when I visited, but from the time I started driving my new vehicle and through the application process, I was thoroughly impressed! I was given a deal I could afford, and surpassed the first deal by them giving me significantly more for my trade. They really did want my business! A day later, there were some issues that needed repairs, which also was immediately addressed and fixed within a day, and a free rental car was given to me as well. In times when customer service isn’t the norm to go above and beyond, Andre surpassed that and more! I highly recommend Enterprise in Henderson on Warm Springs road, and more recommend Andre to go to for your next car. Congratulations to him and to Enterprise for doing a fantastic job!

Enterprise Car sales made purchasing a car easy. Ronnie was super helpful during the purchasing time from what car I was looking for, financing, and insurance options. What helped the most is that I was able to see and follow the entire application on the screen they provided so I understand what I'm signing up for and declining. I definitely recommend going here to purchase a car.

Jocelyn was fantastic. if anyone is going to Enterprise Car Sales, they should definitely call her. I just can say enough how helpful she was. The only drawback is the management at Enterprise doesn't seem to know how to notify the manufacturer that the vehicle is no longer in there fleet. When I try to activate my truck with Ford Pass, it wont let me because it says it belongs to a fleet and so I cannot activate the remote start and other features that come with the truck. I have been now dealing with Ford Pass for the last 9 days and still waiting for a resolve to the issue.
