Safe, and Secure. I purchased on of the temperature controlled units and was glad I did. The property manager was very helpful! She is aware of what is going on at the property, is there, and answers the phone! Carts were always available and it was easy to navigate to my storage unit. Thank you! Both of my sons have used this facility in the past and I would use this facility again.

All I can say is wow. I went in today to check out a storage unit with my elderly mother, and we were both impressed with the manager's care and concern for our needs. The facility was CLEAN. There were no strange odors. DeBorah, the manager, took her time with us and answered the many questions we had. I haven't had the pleasure of honestly good customer service in such a long time. This was a breath of fresh air.

I used storage mart to store my mom's belongings. This was during a difficult time for my family. We needed somewhere quickly. They were able to help us out. We picked out a unit and it was suggested we might want a climate controlled unit. Didn't even think about that. Very happy we went with the climate controlled unit during the hot weather we've had lately. Deborah and her staff were most helpful. I always felt safe there. Locked gated fence around units, locked door to access the units and then of course we lockedd the unit. I would recommend this Storage Mart to anyone in need.

If I write a review it's to help someone from making a mistake. This location is nice besides the property manager (very rude has all her family and boyfriend staying there, manipulator). My wife lost her key to the lock and tried to go to office but she is rarely around to be found. She went to the hardware store and borrowed bolt cutters to cut our lock off. The property manager waited 10 days till the day we paid the month premium and locked our unit with a demand to vacate in 3 days. She also made the gate times office hours. This was clearly not anything I have ever dealt with and when I signed papers at no time was NO BOLT CUTTERS ALLOWED OR TERMINATED I caps to help anyone if they go here as she failed her part disclosing such an offense that she holds punishment that gets you evicted without chance hope or a trial to sway her decision. The units are nice and really it was the nicest unit I have had if that wasn't enough to make us move with no refund she put in the notes that I left atuff behind....I'm confused only have limited gate entry and time to move a large unit unplanned and unexpected your kidding me right. Another example of unrealistic and unnecessary punishment. The units are very nice and big I felt the place to be secure and safe. If she would of owned her part in the BOLT CUTTER RULE I would still be there. Hopefully my review will do her job and you won't go through having to move your stuff for no reason.

We got a unit at Storage Mart when we relocated to Kansas City. The whole staff at the 74th and State location are amazing!! Deb the manager is FANTASTIC! The process was quick and painless to rent the unit and they were so kind when we lost our lock keys. We only left because we bought a house and no longer need to store our belongings. I would definitely use their services in the future, should the need arise.
