Employees without mask and more involved in their personal conversations than serving people.

The line took FOREVER but that's expected at this location on a Friday night. They did get our order completely right and was very ontop of their customer service. However, they were all wearing masks around their necks, not covering their faces.

Alright world, let me shed some light on my experience today. I got to order my food, the person couldn't hear me and kept asking me to repeat myself, usually no problem. I ordered a half taco salad, a peach desani water, a double baconator meal with a Sprite (had to repeat this asking if they had Sprite, repeated again to get a mellow yellow instead of Sprite because they never answered me on the sprite!!!!!!!) And a pretzel bun grilled chicken sandwich. Again, had to repeat my order to them a second time. They ask me 3 times if I just wanted the grilled chicken sandwich which I said yes. So, I go to pay which again I was asked if I just wanted the sandwich, I said yes yet again. I go get my food, I got a mellow yellow, Serra mist, and a peach lemonade. As well as my food, everything was ok until I realized I got a crispy chicken sandwich instead of a grilled chicken sandwich!!!!! It was a frustrating trip all around just wanted my food. But the salad was dope so 1 star ud83dude01

Past 3 times I went for a baked potato they were out. 8 pm, 6:30 pm and now 4:30. They are the only ones with them. Serve them or take them off the menu.

Worlds slowest Wendy’s. Avoid if you’d like to eat today.
