The one in KC is hit and miss sometimes good sometimes bad

I was at this location on September 26/2020.. Got raw food. Called to let them know what was going on. I was told I'm going to send you card's to replace you order. Here it is October 23rd still no card to replace my food.. I've called back asking what's talking so long to send local mail.. No one can answer that question. Then i called corporate still no call back.. This isn't right at all and very unprofessional

This was a first-time experience the food was great and loved the malts...when we ordered we ask for a little time to read the menu the young lady taking the order was short with us and when came time to pay the young man was confused on the order ..quoted vanilla instead of strawberry malts then slammed the window in our face didn't get dipping sauce or ketchup like requested..young man and my husband exchanged words had to go back because there were no napkins in the bag. We're senior citizens and all of that came out of nowhere...we visited 99th Parallel /legends @ 1:30 pm today 10/19 that experience left a bad taste in our mouths and questionable impression of the help.

Great place Food is on point. Everything tasted good and was fresh . Fries and Hamburger were hot n served plentiful. Thanks ud83dudc4d.

First Freddy's I had ever ate at. I liked it! Food was good, loved thin cut fries! Wish I had one of these close by!
