Chipotle Mexican Grill

The food is still fabulous, but I've had trouble the last 2 times I've gotten food from this one. I made a pick up order, and two of the bowls were missing ingredients I asked for. Not a huge deal, it can happen. The next time I went in and ordered, and almost had a bowl missing ingredients again because one of the ladies closed my bowl before I was done with it. Then, my husband and I had to argue with her to get her to open it again and add the things I wanted. She just stopped adding things and closed it. It was weird. Maybe she couldn't hear us through our masks? I'm not sure, but it was pretty frustrating, especially when I had to ask her so many times to open it so I could add things. Then she kept adding our order to the people ahead of us, and taking stuff from people behind us to add to ours. It was pretty weird and annoying enough that my husband just wanted to leave, so we didn't order any of the extras we would normally get. It might be worth driving a bit further to go to a different Chipotle.

I love Chipotle as a restaurant but this location is not good. While the food is good the portions are often small and too many times items are missing or wrong. Multiple times I have seen the dining room in need of cleaning and people waiting for online orders that were being prepared after walk in customers that ordered after the online ones.nIf I hadn't eaten at another Chipotle I would assume the whole chain is this way and would never spend another dime in their restaurant. Because I have eaten at other locations I know its just this location that is not good

I usually have my husband stop by this location once every two weeks because it close to his job. The last two times the chips have been stale. Tonight the rice wasn't fully cooked. For the price of the food, I am expecting that it be cooked properly.
