Purchased a used truck from Cruise America in Henderson. The entire staff is super helpful and pleasant. The sales person we worked with - Alex - was incredible! He made certain everything was in primo shape before we left. He even put 4 new Michelin tires on and will be fixing the windshield that had a tiny crack in it. It's great to work with people that are so exemplary in customer service!! Would highly recommend them. (and ask for Alex!)

The service at this location is almost non existent. We rented a 30 foot unit for a two week adventure. Upon returning the vehicle we submitted a full page of issues that required attention, most notably that they sent us out on tires with no tread that resulted in a blowout. Other major issues included locks that did not function and a toilet in such bad condition that we had to spend an afternoon of our trip having it fully replaced at another cruiser America site.

The Bad: If they had customer service and less rules they would be rated higher... but things like not being able to leave a vehicle at their place, their zero flexibility scheduling, their call center not having contact with the office where one picks up the vehicles... lots of folks like us had no idea we had to call the specific office to make a pick up schedule. Angry customers having to wait hours despite the vehicles sitting there ready. Rules rules rules. When one makes an on-line reservation and there is a clear pickup time why call? Looks like only repeat customers know about that carved in stone rule. The Good: Best rates, good vehicles - not high class, but perfectly acceptable. Great for a family vacation. They are not crazy picky, rent and have fun. Bottom line: Ya gotta jump through hoops there is no way you will know about... but they rent these things for a great rate, so deal with it

By far the worst experience EVER. There was a carbon monoxide leak in the vehicle (as confirmed by the local fire department,) and we couldn't get in touch with anyone from Cruise America for almost the entire week we were on our road trip. This includes calling their supposedly emergency number. After dealing with that our entire trip (having the fridge and heat off, so that the CO leak didn't kill us,) we returned the vehicle and got charged for the repair man that the company finally called to come out and fix the leak. Aside from that, there was a water leak and cracked windshield, so the vehicles are in really terrible condition. If you can find pretty much ANY other company or individual to from whom to rent, I highly recommend you do that.

We reserved the RV about a year in advance, the people in the rental office are nice and helpful. The issue is poor staffing/quality control which is management. The RV was on its last legs, so to speak. A vent blew off while we drove. Stained. But the worst part was it was dirty. Just filthy. Particularly during this lovely pandemic, it feels as though the cleaning should be much more thorough. Let me qualify one thing. We have rented an RV at a different CA location and had no issues. Rent at your own risk. Southern Utah is beautiful, so figure out a way to see it!!!
