Just might be the worst store in kansas city area. The clerk wouldn't help me find or look for a exhaust part the had in stock according to the computer. It was a $66 part. He did call the Shawnee store. They did have it in stock.

I had an electric problem with my truck and I was fully prepared to replace the wiring harness and pay the cost. Time was of the essence and I didn't have a chance to completely troubleshoot the problem. Travis at O'Reilly quickly diagnosed and ran the problem for me and narrowed it to a simple fuse problem saving me a lot of time and money. Great job by Travis and the O'Reilly team. I will definitely use their service in the future!
