Clear Creek Regional Wetlands

Nice wide walking trails. Off the beaten path and no parking area, so mostly locals there. Great for painting or naturalist photography. I saw quite a few water foul today including a hen and 7 young ducklings crossing the walking trail.

Nice field and wetland between a bunch of large developing neighborhoods. Could use some more native species maaaaan.

I really enjoy this place. Wish the power lines weren't there, you can feel the electricity under the wires if you lightly rub a finger across the bottom of someone's forearm. Neat trick but freaky there is so much electricity radiating off the wires.

Wonderful walking and biking trail. Good for bird watching.

This area offers great paved trails for walking, jogging, bike rides, and dog walking. It's also a basin for storm water runoff, so don't forget your bug repellent.
