They make it easy to go in and pick up my personal items after a total loss.
The service here is horrible trash my car couldn’t find my keys and barely knew how or who for the issues DONT take your car here at all when I was waiting there was someone on the phone complaining about damages to there car they did while moving they don’t give a care we’ll probably true run if you have to do business with them.
Very disrespectful customer service over the phone. They just hang up and don't help at all.
I thought they had decent used cars not insurance accident rejects
My car was deemed a total loss and taken to this yard when I arrived to get the items out of it one of my items was damaged (literally had knife holes in them where they decided if they stabbed it down it would gold away better) there was money stolen from my center console and of course all the change was missing from the ashtray can't wait to slowly find out what other items are missing....I noticed the money missing immediately and was willing to look past that but the damage was ridiculous. I will be going through my insurance to see if I can get the damaged covered and if not then I will file a police report. Luckily for me I was with my car until it was towed and have very thorough picture of all the items and the condition prior to being towed for insurance reasons.beware of these thieves don't let your insurance tow your car to this yard
