Famous Dave's Bar-B-Que

One of the worst experience I ever had. The cashier was not aware of what was in the restaurant that you could buy. Consistently fabricating that my order would be ready in 5 to 10 minutes which lasts to 45 minutes. Prepared part of my order and let it sit for 45 minutes. Not sanitized enough wearing one glove and picking up everything with that same glove. Ringing people out with the cash register and then proceeding to pick up cornbread muffins with the same hand. I also asked the same female about the ingredients in the food, when she lied. At the same time I had allergic reaction to what I ate. Ask for my money back and I just wanted to leave with my acquaintance. I must commend the manager for he tried his best to rectify the situation. In cases like this you need to evaluate your staff and get rid of those that does not compliment the restaurant. I am from Dallas Texas and I would not recommend Famous Dave's at this moment.

Portions size are definitely down sized. Plus the dinkiest appetizers anywhere. Disappointed... Bad service.

Great food and reasonable. Good spacing during pandemic.

My wife and I dined here on a Saturday around 2pm. The meat was probably from Friday at 2pm. The burnt ends were beyond burnt. The sliced brisket was so dry that I couldn't swallow it. I actually sent the burnt ends back because they were so horrible. I haven't sent a meal back in years.nnColeslaw, pineapple, cornbread and French fries were great.

The service was some of the best I have had especially with the Covid pandemic and the BBQ was the best I have ever had.
