Fuddruckers

Bison burger was good. Overall experience was disappointing.

We ate at the Legends Kansas City, Ks location 10/14/2020. Ordered our food. Oreo shake came out first. Had little to no flavor at all. Next the food. I ordered the hangover 2/3 burger, cooked medium. Not only was both the burger and egg overcooked, it was so greasy I couldn't finish it. My fiance's burger, the Tex-Mex was over cooked as well. Again the grease just poured off of it. I wanted ice tea to drink, the unsweetened tea container had the lid off, and it looked to have had mold floating on the top. The restaurant was just dirty overall. Not a very pleasant experience. It definitely wasn't worth $38 bucks. The plus side was the fries were good. I'll not be eating at this location again. Not the Fuddruckers I remember from years past.

We got there at 5:30 - 5:45pmnThey close at 7pm, the line was pretty long but we had plenty of time before they closed so we waited the 30+ minutes just to order.nnWe finally got our food around 6:30-6:45pm just to be told they were out of cheese sauce and we're not gonna make anymore because it was close to closing time.nnThe cheese sauce is the entire reason we eat here.nnApparently they knew they were out of cheese when we ordered but didn't bother mentioning it to any of the 30 people in line that they had no intention of putting more out.nnThis is the last time I will ever come back here.nnHighly do NOT recommend.nnIf you are not making more of something, especially if it's your main selling point then at least tell the people ordering food.nnWe wasted 2 hrs and $70 on food that was not even enjoyable.nnOh and on top of that it's not like this is next door to my house.nnWe drove 45mins for this.nnAnyways, it won't happen again, that's for sure.nnThe McDonald's 3 blocks away would have been better.nnI will mention that the gentleman in the lobby was fantastic. That's about the only positive thing I can say.

Burger was delicious and cooked perfectly. The onion rings did not look like the picture, they had to much batter on them to where the onion on the inside had a raw soggy texture, but the outside was crispy. I loved the Fuddruckers signature sweet cherry cream soda.

I would not recommend this restaurant. We ordered pickup and got home with a little over half our order. They were closed when we went back to get some of our money back. Good luck if you go.
