James Colgan and his family law firm is the last law firm you should consider when looking for a lawyer. James had me sitting in jail for 11months on a bogus charges. Had to file a motion from jail of which he had no choice but to support me. The charges were dismissed on account of me filing a motion on his behalf while paid. Just think twice before you hire them especially if you are a minority. Hire him at your own risk.

Rude. Polite to a point. But turned to rude after 5 minutes. Is this a good negotiating tactic? Because it’s definitely poor customer service
