Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store

Very bad service, it took me 15 minutes to pay, a single clerk at the checkout, and others walking and a queue at the checkout.

I want to hear with my friend who was able to find amazing deals for her husband. I like Ralph Lauren but I typically buy the brand at the bigger department stores like Dillard's.

Store is like any usual Ralph Lauren. The staff here however is not great. They will basically pass by you without trying to help or would ONLY seem to be helping seniors. Although we DID end up getting clothes we did not feel like we are welcomed.nThere are no couches or chairs even outside the changing rooms- which really makes no sense they have a big corridor.
