The worst shopping experience of my life. Everyone was kind, but it was definitely not worth the hassle. I got a cardigan November 30, and went to exchange it since it had a huge hole in it, only to be told they didn’t have that size but a store across town did and they’d hold it for me. When I got to the other store they had just sold it since it was never on hold. The lady ordered it December 2 and said it wouldn’t be more than two weeks. I checked in both stores a couple weeks after it was supposed to be there and nothing, they only said “look for the email” which I never got. I finally called and asked them to check if something was wrong to discover that I was charged for it, but the order was never processed. So they said it was processed and on the way now and I should see an email, and again there was no email. I called and asked about the order two weeks later to find out they still didn’t have it, and they were out of stock so it was never going to come. I wish someone had told me that a month ago when I asked if I could just have my money back and be done with it. So it’s January now and still no cardigan and supposedly they’re going to refund me. ud83dude02 Everyone was nice and doing their best to help me, but their system has some major issues.

for what WAS one of my favorite stores, no longer is. i went to the francesca’s at the legends which i have been going to since it has opened, and tried on some clothing. when i left the fitting room to buy the clothes i realized i had forgotten my card in my car so i asked the lady to put my clothes on hold and i would be back later. then she asked me if i had decided on the scrunchies and bath salts i had brought into the dressing room with me. i had told her that i didn’t want them and that my friend took them back to their place and she proceeded to tell me that my friends hadn’t left their spot while one was in the fitting room with me and the other kept coming in and leaving. she kept telling ME that i took the belongings in the room with me and that they never left. so i asked her “are you accusing me of stealing?” and she said no but all the signs clearly showed that she was calling me out..... in front of everyone. i was disgusted and i left that instant. sad because i never want to come back to one of my favorite stores that i visit religiously.
