COACH Outlet

All these years in KC and the whole time I thought this Outlet was a regular retail store. Smh! I went in today and they were very busy, there was a line out the door! But when I got inside, I was very pleased with the service I received. Tyler was nothing short of AMAZING! VERY HELPFUL and willing to assist when I told him I really wanted a shoulder bag! He was running that place like COACH was his last name! Shout out to Leslie as well she was very pleasant when I called!! Thanks guys for all ur help!
