I went in looking for a specific foundation. I was helped by Travis. He was AMAZING. He matched my skin, tested a few shades and sent me on my way happy as all get out. 10/10 would go back just because of him!

I went in to look for an alternate foundation. One of the girls was very pushy on trying to force the foundation she uses on to me. I tried it and she wanted to bronze my face and blush it as well as highlight. Once outside the color was so orange and blotchy. I walked out of the store looking like a clown! Went in to return it right away and they got an attitude. Will not be going back there at all.

They never answer the phone at this Sephora, and when they do they put you on hold forever... and ever... and ever... I just needed to know if they carried a product that I needed for a job... it would take just a second to answer that. Now I am buying somewhere else even if they have it... it’s frustrating.

Excellent service. I came in around Christmas time while visiting relatives in Kansas City. During my visit I had an amazing girl that had helped me find a color of foundation and many items for Christmas. She was very helpful and you could tell she was passionate about her job and customers! A few other associates were helpful but a couple seemed rude or wouldn’t help anyone and stood there. I’ve visited a few times since then and every time I can never find the girl who helped me and it takes so long just to get some service! JCPenney associates are not as helpful either and a few act as if they don’t have time to assist you.
