I made a 1 o'clock appointment and arrived on time. Just wanted an oil change. At 3 o'clock my car was not in the garage yet. I don't know why they take appointment times. The staff tried to blame it on people coming without appointments. If I have an appointment, I should be at the front of the line. No discount offered for wasting my time. I won't be back. I would have given zero stars, but its not an option.

This may be tough to read because my fingers are still frozen from changing a flat in the west Kansas rain and snow. Bought 4 new tires at Big O near Cabela’s in Kansas City. It took over three hours to get the work done, which isn’t really all that bad considering we didn’t have an appointment. Drove off and noticed they only put 30-40 psi in each tire. Manufacturer specs call for 60 up front and 80 in the back so we drove back and asked them to air the tires up the rest of the way. Which they did, no big deal. Also, the sensors were reading the wrong tires on the dash. They reprogrammed the sensors upon our return trip. Still, if my experience ended there, this would be a solid 3 star review. However, I give them one star because I woke up this morning to a flat rear passenger side brand new $220 tire. I’m currently limping on down I-70 on the spare. Next stop, Big O’s Fort Collins.

Dropped off a flat tire to be repaired. Mitch at the counter took care of me. He wasn't sure exactly when it would be done because of their heavy workload. I barely got home when Mitch called to say my tire was ready. Great service! I appreciated them squeezing me in and taking care of me that quick. Mitch even felt bad for it taking that long. It's great that Big O hires quality people like Mitch that cares about the customers! Great job!

These guys are always friendly and do their best to work with you on services needed. I always get my oil changes done here and feel appreciated for being a loyal customer.
