Good tune and I don't have idling issues like I did with Justin/justune. On par with other tuners in terms of cost. Definitely the go to for small block ford stuff. Could be more friendly on the client facing side.
The worst customer service I've ever received. Willing to take my money and tune my car. Difficult to schedule a time to do it but it got done. Now I'm having problems with my tuning device and they are unresponsive. I've called multiple times. I've attached a photo of the email chain. Attacking me on social media. Very unprofessional. Not willing to work out solution. Unresponsive until I made a review on google then proceeded to be rude and condescending.

Great guys. They do really good work
Worst and most dangerous experience of my life. Cleaned the injectors on our truck and failed to inspect their work and identify the torn seal as a result of their horrible service. Let us drive home with fuel leaking from our engine with a child in the car. Could have blown us all to bits with one stray cigarette butt. Mo the owner refused to apologize, refused to accept responsibility, and refused to pay our bill when we had to get it repaired at a reputable shop. Said we should have taken it back to them even though they never returned our call and I wouldn't trust them to open the hood correctly. We are lucky we weren't killed. Anyone reading this review, save your life and money and go somewhere else. You have choices. You can't trust a place that doesn't care about safety or doing the right thing. The only thing you'll get from this shop is screwed.
