My family and I were passing through town and decided to give this place a go right at 5 pm. The first thing that struck me was the friendliness of what I assume was the owner (a blonde lady with glasses). She was very amicable and willing to engage in conversation.nIt was six before our food was out, so we waited a long time. We were annoyed until we tasted it- it was absolutely incredible and worth the wait. The steak was top notch, and even my sister, who doesn't like steak, thought it was delicious. My sister got a burger, and the meat was so high quality it tasted like steak. The fries didn't look like much, but they were the perfect flavor and texture.nnEven though we had to wait, the food was well worth it. I highly recommend this restaurant, just make sure you're not in a rush!nnEdit: To reply to the owner, I totally get it! Some days get crazy, especially with food that fresh! The food was so incredible I would have waited much longer still and come out happy :)

I'm not from the area and was staying at the Best Western. Typically I'll go to chain restaurants because they're predictable, but this is one of my favorite local restaurants that I've eaten at.nnI could tell instantly that this is a popular place with the locals, and for good reason. That atmosphere also just gave the restaurant a warm and friendly atmosphere.nnI got the cowboy burger (I think - it's been a while) and a couple of beers. The bill was about half of what it would be nearly anywhere else. The burger was delicious and the beer tasted better than usual (funny how a reasonable price does that).nnIf you're from out of town and unsure of where to eat - I'd highly recommend this place.

DO NOT GO!! Nothing on the website is accurate. Went there thinking it was a burger/ steak joint. Only serving Asian and one bacon cheeseburger. The cheeseburger and bacon came out WAY OVER COOKED. No cheese, asked and they brought me a cold slice of American on a paper plate. Didn't even bring bill to look at just paid what they said on the way out. DO NOT GO!!

Found The Brazen Bull while searching for a place to eat. Read the reviews & decide to try it out. Glad we did! 6 people in our party & everyone enjoyed their meals. I'm a meat-n-taters guy so I had the ribeye & German fries. Steak was cooked perfectly with great flavor. The German fries were what seemed to be skillet fried taters & onions. They were as good as home cooked! Very flavorful with just the right amount of onions. My wife had the flat iron steak. I had a bite & it also had a great flavor & was very tender. Will (one of the owners)waited on us & was very friendly. Loved the fact he brought us a full pitcher of sweet tea. We were passing through & highly recommend to anyone to stop in. Less than 30 seconds off I-70.

Nice restaurant in a little town just steps from the KOA. The flat iron steak was delicious and tender. The side salad could have used a little more veggies but the delicious ranch dressing made up for it! The staff at this family owned restaurant are very nice and I would definitely return if I'm ever in the area again!
