They wasn't going let me take pictures of my son wreck truck but I did anyway. But I total understand can't get on truck for safety reason. My insurance called so we told then release truck to our insurance. Sure would be nice if can fix it

Always quick to help. Very knowledgeable, and helpful. Their drivers will do all possible to help you even when others say they can not or will not. Not only did they unlock my car for me in the cold when police ignored me and I had a newborn with me but went beyond the service call to unlock my car and they helped me get my locked gas cap that was frozen off so we could get gas to get home free of charge in the middle of the night again when no one would help me all for one charge...the unlock free ♡♡ as a lone person away from home in an unknown town with a baby I felt very blessed!!!

Good place to get a tire swapped out or light work on truck or trailer. These guys habe saved me plenty of times. Good prices and are 24/7.

Just popped a tire and changed to my spare.. 1230 am nobody open, I drive on... Sign by road says 24 hour service and is all lit up, window sign flashing neon open, shop door open and light coming out, great! 2 women in the office proceed to tell me all the guys are out on calls and they can't have my tire patched until morning. I ask if I can use their air to inflate the spare that was a little low to which I was told the air compressors were off limits to office personnel. What a pathetic experience.

The owner of this company is a liar, and takes advantage of his position to reneg on his word at his whim and without any rationalization or common sense. Doesn't provide a bill upon rendering services and will then try to charge you outrageous amounts for services that weren't necessary! I literally had to call the cops just to get the access to my tow that is required and provided by law when I am the one who requested their services in the first place!nTo make matters worse, the staff is too afraid of his unchecked temper to speak up for fear of reprisal even when they know he has outright lied and is causing damage to unrelated people's businesses.nI specifically asked whether or not I would be allowed to access the vehicle the next day as I had parts in it that a farmer urgently needed. I was assured it wouldn't be a problem to access the vehicle I chose to have them tow the next morning. 16 hrs later when I arrived to grab a couple things, they said that the vehicle was not where they said, but in another town in a warehouse to which only one person had the key, and they would be gone for two more days. Kansas law specific states  (2) that an owner of a vehicle towed shall have access to personal property in such vehicle for 48 hours after such vehicle has been towed and such personal property shall be released to the owner. Rather than fight them on it, I drove the 500 miles each way back to Denver and came back this week as they had stated I could. When I tried to again get access to my trailer to get these coie parts for this farmer, I was told that now I couldn't get anything. So after 1000 miles and a week of waiting, the owner just changed his mind, which is now causing real tangible damage to my business and clients.
