Tom was professional, personable, and friendly. Exactly what I look for and expect in a business. I thanked him. I located tech who provided service. Asked him if he did it correctly. Tech stated yes and I thanked him. If a business can do small things correctly. Chances are they can do big things correctly. Based on that I will return as needed and recommend this location.

So first off there super nice when you need work done, I took my car in because my engine light was on, they fixed my engine light but as I took it home I noticed my seatbelt light and washing fluid light stopped working, I took it back after the weekend and of course they said it wasn’t them but it worked fine before. I won’t return, I don’t mind paying elsewhere because I’d rather have quality work. Firestone has so much better professionalism and honest work. Pep boys should take care of there returning customers.

There wasn’t an option to write a second review, so this will do. My second visit at this location, rear turn signal bulb change. Every other place I called for quotes gave me outrageous figures. Ended up going back to this Pep Boys location. Service manager James was very courteous. Didn’t take an hour like other shops informed me. Also didn’t charge an outrageous price. Made sure my tires and fluids were all good as well. I’ll stick with this auto shop and location from now on. HIGHLY recommend this location! Review from 5 months ago - Quick and friendly service. Wow!!! If you have something wrong with your car take it here and speak with Tom. Tom was awesome through the entire transaction. My car had died in a parking lot at 4pm and I called 3 other places and they were booked into next week. I remember seeing a pep boys on my way to the grocery store the week prior. I called pep boys to see if they would take my car and Tom had answered the phone. He said, " sure bring it in and we will see what we can do tonight, if not we will look at it for sure tomorrow." After calling the tow truck and the ETA for the tow truck was an hour I called Tom back and told him It would be at least an hour before I get my car to his place. He said, " not a problem." He called me the next morning after the diagnosis and said that he had the auto place that had sold me my car battery 3 weeks prior to see if they would replace the battery. They said they would and he got them to bring a battery over to pep boys. Unbelievable! Thank you o'Reilly's - it wasn't a bad battery it was the alternator that killed the battery so fast. Then he called me to update me on what the real problem was and it was the alternator. He also said he was going to check on the wires to make sure there was no other issues, do a test drive and call me when it's ready. He called said it's ready to pick up. I drive up, it's 109 degrees outside, my car is in the shade, windows cracked and they put my dash cover on to help keep the sun/ heat out! They were so thoughtful and I know you don't get this service everywhere. I will definitely be back. If your on the fence about who to go to - go see Tom! Awesome service! THANK YOU TOM!!!

Didn't know they stopped retail parts sales. Just auto repair. Good location.
