During an oil change, jiffy lube broke our mass flow sensor, claim to have fixed it, but our car won’t run now. Couldn’t even get it out of their garage. All I needed was an oil change. Thanks for nothing. They won’t even do anything to fix it at this point. BS service. To top it off, it’s the only car our small family owns and we’re in grad school so we kinda need it. Never going here again

I’ve been coming here to get my oil changed for two years and I always have a good experience. Leo the manager is always nice and respectful. I don’t ever feel like I’m being taken advantage of. Which as a woman taking care of my car I more often than not feel like I’m being pressured to pay more than I need to.

Must have been a slow day for I was able to pull right in and have my oil change done. I did not even have to get out of my car. Service was very fast, workers were very very polite, and I was given the run down of what oil they could put in my car and what prices they were. Will have my oil done again here next time 👍.

Bad experience with a rude employee. I went there to get my car's smog test performed. I pulled up in front of the Smog Test bay and the door was closed. Nothing out of the ordinary, when I had the test done on my other car last year it was closed when I pulled up, they opened the door and performed the test. I get out of my car and one of the workers, a middle aged man with a slight accent says "No smog test until tomorrow morning." I said "Okay, no problem." Then he replied back in a loud and sarcastic tone, "That's why the door is closed!" Taken aback for a second I just looked at him. I could not believe that he was talking to a customer that way. After gathering my thoughts I replied back, "Your attitude is rude and that is why I will go somewhere else from now on." I left and won't be back. I have never had this kind of attitude before from anyone else there. In fact they were always very polite and accommodating. Bad experience. I went to one of their competitors, had a very pleasant experience and was done in 5 minutes.
