Service is good. What's a little disappointed finding that the tires that I had purchased were a little pricey. I didn't have time to shop I need to get the car repaired and it was in a very timely manner and I appreciated the communication between the shop and myself.
Joe and his staff ( Gerry, Nicole, Ron ) are super amazing on their customer services and knowledge of cars. My car of almost 12 years old is running beautiful - Love it!!!
I took my car in a month ago to get a simple alignment done. After my car given back to me I drive home, not 5 minutes after leaving I have engine lights, brake lights etc. come on. I call them and take car back for them to not even look and to just tell me that they didn't do anything. I take car to different mechanic shop and it turns out some how my control arm broke. Odd how it was fine till Firestone visit. I have other shop do the repairs and all is good. I was happy but they informed me that because the new part was installed my alignment might be off. Back to Firestone because the alignment i purchased from them was under a warrenty. They say alignment if fine and then they take it for a "test drive" and the mechanic from Firestone comes in informing me that I have serious problems. Whatever they did on that drive or whenever they were in the shop somehow made my brake lines rupture and cause fluid to go everywhere. They inform me they were not at fault, which I dont believe considering this happened twice and they can repair it but can't get the parts needed and give me a quote for parts and labor that was more than double of the shop I had towed to. PLEASE, IF YOU LOVE YOUR VEHICLE DO NOT GO! I know I will never return.
Tire light went off. Ron was super nice and friendly and added some air. Will buy my tires here when the time come. Thanks Ron!
Female staff answered all of my questions and was completely honest about lower prices elsewhere. The difference was negligible so I was happy to do business with honest people.
