So far so good, was able to drop off and now waiting for diagnostic check- I pray its not something serious. Great customerservice so far.
These guys are awesome . Got me right in and got on it with in 5 minutes . These fuys know their stuff and give above experience in the customer service department . Thank you guys .
They don't gouge you, they just tell you what you actually need. AC issues in the summer? Of course it could have been the compressor, coolant, whatever. Nope, it was just the belt. I would have never known, these guys are just plain honest.
These guys are the best. They're also a MaxCare approved service provider. Professional. Safe. Excellent service (this location is next to Capriotti's and a nice coffee shop, so it's even less of a chore to go). We take both our cars here for all our repairs and oil changes.
They worked hard to figure out all the issues I was having and worked with my warranty company to make sure everything was covered. The even put up my Sun shade when my car was ready (it truly is the little things).. The only reason I'm giving 4 and not 5 is because they aren't great at calling back and giving updates. I had to call them both times.
