Two older ladies were to busy chatting to answer a question.
The guys where rude and wouldn’t listen also tried to get the guy in front of me to buy 2 tires he didn’t need 0/10 would not recommend
Wow I just called to ask a question and I talked to the rudest woman. Forget it not going to be treated like that just for asking if the were busy. I will find somewhere else even if I have to wait longer.
If I could give them negative stars I would. Took my car for an oil change - there was NO ONE in the bay. Took forever to get them to acknowledge me and register my car. Walked the store for an hour. Came back and my car was in the same place I had parked it. They tried telling me there was a car in the bay - I AM NEITHER BLIND NOR STUPID. I was the ONLY car there for an oil change. I immediately asked for my key back and left. These people will never touch my car.
Some of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever had to deal with. They talk to you as if you are a child and are in a quick hurry to get you out of their way. Also keep your receipts for everything because their system coincidentally updates and they lose your information.
