I had a previous very negative review. I just want everyone to know that they are under new management. They did work with me. Very nice people. I still have my unit. Thanks to new management. I have no problem reccommending this facility!

Rude dude in a bad mood owns and tries to run this place. Wasnt very knowledgeable about his own place and had an RV with people living in it on his lot. Asked us if we knew who lived in it. Our RV was broken into and he made up some story about a city counsel man lived in the lot with the generator or something like that. It was a very confusing story and he seemed very offensive and rude when I told him we were leaving the lot. I paid him for the month we would not be staying there and it was well worth the peace of mind of not renting a space that was not guarded and had no modern technology to safe guard from it happening again.nOh, almost forgot. First impressions. We were trying to figure out where to enter the lot and a random guy jumped the fence and opened the gate with a code.
DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY:nnThe owner is one of the rudest business owners I’ve ever known. He will tack on a late fee any and every way possible. There are (or were) no cameras protecting my belongings. My storage unit cost went up a number or times throughout my stay. The gates protecting the units were ALWAYS broken, being left open, 24/7 when they were not in working order. The worst of it all is Memorial Day weekend we had a trailer full of mowing equipment stolen, totaling 15,000-20,000. The owner would not help with the investigation one bit. Couldn’t even figure out what code was used to get in the property that night. (Everyone has their own individual code.) He claim’s to not have that kind of technology. ud83eudd26ud83cudffc♀ufe0f If you would like to keep the belongings you’re paying monthly for, DO. NOT. USE. THIS.PLACE!
