Pizza Hut

Food was hot. A few things I had an issue with were that I called the restaurant within 5 minutes of placing my pickup order which was an hour and half out of being picked up to change pickup time to 2 hours being my husband would be late getting home from work. The lady said there was no way she could change pickup time and I was unable previous to the call to make a change online. When I went to pick the food up, we waited in line behind 2 cars for over 10 minutes. I opted to go inside and pick food up myself. The staff were friendly

Visited the North Topeka Pizza hut tonight. Wonderful warm bread sticks and a delicious pizza thank you so much

You know I have not ordered from this pizza hut or actually any Pizza Hut for over eight months I got tired of them forgetting my drink so I tried ordering today and lo and behold no drinks they said they were out of Diet Pepsi so they sent nothing although I am still charged for it and was charged for it before and they always said well will put a credit for something when we order next time you order will take care of you well they never did. I changed my phone number on the app but evidently it did not change it on the ticket and I changed it when I put the order in it asked if the old phone number was the right one I deleted it and added the new one so technically she could say she had an excuse for this time for not being able to get a hold of me. And I probably would have gotten over it but it is a habit with them they charge you for your drinks they say your credit for your next order but you never get credit for your next order they never return the money for the drinks so if I do decide to order again I will tip when the order comes minus whatever they forgot. But I will not be ordering from them for at least three months I think I will go to Domino’s.

Good service great attitude great pizza!

The employees where nice my food was hot. They could replace a few tile in the ceiling that have water stains on them. A little more cleaning in the bathroom.
