Did a nice job on my car tint, but dropping a star for me having to call after almost 3.5 hours dropping it off to see if it was ready when they quoted me 3 hours. Also for the folks that call to make a reservation, you should be asking if they have ever done it before and proactively inform them about any details such as wait time, not being able to open your windows for 5 days, and different shade options available.
