I went into this place to have my AC checked because they had good reviews. They checked my AC and told it was fine, but I needed to replace a AC blend door actuator left and it would be about $1500.00. I couldn't believe that, so I took my Toyota van to another repair shop and got another estimate. They told me all I needed was some freon added, which I had them do for $146.00 and now my AC Works fine. Don't trust these people they either have bad mechanics or they just plain tried to rip me off.

The service was great! I dealt with Richard. He was very knowledgable and the price that was quoted was exactly what I paid. No extra up sell and the service was very quick and professional. I recommend this store to any one that ask about car care and I’ll be back!

My boyfriend blew out a tire, and the Tire Work did take care of the tire warranty because it was under 1 year accidental coverage. What stunned him is that they took two hours to put on a tire, and he left the tire and rim with them for three day. They told him that the tire would be in a by Friday at 1pm, so he went back to the location on that day at 2pm, and they made him wait until 4pm. Sadly, the shops credit card machine was out of order, and the one of the manager took a photocopy of his card and charged him $48.79 on Friday and again on Saturday. If I didn't notice the charges on his credit card, he wouldn't have caught it. He went back to the shop to let them know, and they still haven't taken care of it, and it's been two months since then.

The store manager has went out of his way when I got defective tires and ended up having to spend more money for different brand of tires. This incident took several days BUT the store manager tried to make things right. He gave me a card for two (2) free oil changes which I have since used one (1) of those. I know he is limited in ways he could make it right but the gesture alone means a lot especially in a time when businesses and their company representatives tend not to value their customer base. The only reason I don't give stars (5) stars is because I want companies to push even harder for themselves and their loyal customers. They can always do more to improve themselves as a business but so can we as consumers. We, consumers, can push ourselves to be better by supporting our local businesses and each other.
