I purchased a sub for 199, and when I check my receipt at home, I was charged 209. This doesn't include tax. I called in to ask why there was a discrepancy, and they said that the system wasn't updated. I asked for the 10 to be credited to my card, and he said that would be too much work for just 10 bucks. I agree that 10 isn't much, but it should have been corrected. It's convenient that the charge was higher and not an oversight of an undercharge. The owner said that he would give a 5 to 10 credit for the next time, but I won't be back. A 5% up charge isn't much on a small purchase, but I would advise to double check the receipt when making any purchases from this place and to ask questions.
Edit: I raise my rating from a 3 to a 4 for the owner making a good attempt to work with me. I would however prefer a non floor model, like what I would get from online. New in Box is the 209 price with free shipping online, where the one I have has collected some dust on the floor. They did offer the $10 refund if I made a trip back to the store, which is fair. Also, JL did raise their price by 10 on their site, so the mislabeled tag is what it is.
I had the worst experience at this location. Originally I had found this place in a Groupon came in they try to upsell me on everything. The management here is very rude did not do a good job and would rather tell you they’re going to kick you out if you’re they’re gonna kick you out.
