It was fast and friendly people. I did it through my insurance (USAA) and it was a super easy process and free. I can still see one of the cracks, however, the worker told me I was gonna still see it. I hope it stays like that.
You can't even get an appointment with these people and the online process has all the charm of credit application which in the end didn't result in me getting an appointment or service. Makes me wonder if they will just drop of the glass and expect me install it myself. No customer service at all. One star review is for all the time I wasted fooling with their process. Just try calling them. You will see.
Appointment was easy to set up online. Received text message reminders for my appointment, and a phone call when the tech was on the way. I work from home, and they came to my house to do the repair. They were online and polite! Great service, would highly recommend.
Followed through with the stated work and price and completed in a timely manner.
I am not impressed with the tape job of securing up my back window. Trying to make it back to Oklahoma and I've already stopped twice to tape it back down. I hope the install job in Oklahoma City does better!
