I've gone here before for repairs (I promise they weren't my fault and I can driveud83dude02) and each time they have been super fast, professional, and did a fantastic job. I'm honestly not sure why people have left negative reviews at all. The receptionist was very kind and everyone was very understanding and made sure to ask me if I had other questions or how else they could help me. My car was finished faster than the time they quoted me. I requested to go here for my second collision based on my experience the first time. Hopefully I will not return, but I will definitely be going here on the off chance.

First off, this is not the first time that I’ve had to use Laird Noller collision center. Both times but I’ve got my vehicle back, it had honestly looked better than it did before the accident. This last time I took it in, it took about one week longer than they told me it would. I was not mad because they were incredibly thorough with the inspection of the vehicle and wanted to make sure that it was an absolute perfect condition before returning it to me. JD at the collision center is an absolute rockstar. I am at Laird Noller customer for life, and I think you should be too.

My vehicle was backed into and due to the impact placement, it was not able to be driven. I had my vehicle towed to the Laird Noller collision shop over the weekend while they were closed. On the following Monday by 11 am, I had received a call about my vehicle and gotten claim information sent to the collision center so they could begin their work. By Wednesday that same week, I received approval from the responsible party’s insurance, and within 3 weeks of the initial date of loss, I had my vehicle back to me and looking good as ever.nMy advisor asked if I wanted a small paint reparation done near the area of impact for a small fee (less than $75 before tax) since they’d already be painting nearby. I cannot even see where the paint damage was before! All in all, my experience with Laird Noller Collision Center was excellent, and though I hope I will not have to utilize their services again anytime soon, I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a Collision Center in the future.

I brought my SUV into the Laird Noller Collision Center after the hood was stained from something dripping on my hood in a parking garage. My husband And I tried to clean off the stain and even left the area, but we were unable to get the orange stain out. I had recently bought this car, so I was kind of upset about this! I spoke to a detailer, who didn’t think he could remove the spot. So, I prepared myself to get the hood repainted.nI took my car to Laird Noller collision Center and spoke with a woman at the front desk that was crazy busy! I felt bad taking her time for my problem. She took a look at my car and told me to have a seat in the lobby while she “worked” on my car. She came back a short time later and said, “ I think you’ll be happy with me!” I sure was, the stain ( which she said was rust and lime from the parking garage) was completely gone !! My car looks great! No paint job needed!! Thank you Kaitlyn!! You rock!!!
