Randy and his team did an amazing job determining the issues with my truck. They took the time to walk me through what they had found and gave me options on what to do to fix it. Randy's team took care of my vehicle with pride and had it up and going again in no time at all. Randy was super nice and asked all the right questions. They called me a couple times to give be updates on my car which was appreciated. Will probably go there again if something else breaks on my vehicle.
We had a transmission problem on the way to do a job. We contacted Randy and he bent over backwards to help us out. The problem required a reman transmission, Randy had the truck back up and running two days before the promised date. More than timely service Randy helped us arrange a way back home as we were about an hour away. Thanks to Randy and his staff they are true professionals and I like to call Randy a new friend.
The manager Randy took excellent care of us. He was professional, patient and explained our repair options very clearly.nMy son was en route from Los Angeles to Boston when the transmission in his GMC Savanna failed.nRandy and his team replaced the transmission, provided a 3 yr. 100k mile warranty and had my son back on the road in TWO DAYS.nMy highest recommendation, many thanks!!!
I wouldn’t trust my vehicles transmission with anyone else. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. You can’t find nicer people to deal with.
