When we need new tire and rim they were helpful kinda. My mother not knowing much about cars in general the convinced her that she needed to get all tires and rims replaced which would of been fine, but first they only replaced 3 at first when paying for 4 and wouldn't allow her to pay off what she owed. The manager at the time kept saying it hasn't come in yet for several months. One day went the manager was not there and a nice employee said it's been in the back for a few months. Had all for rims and tires him had extra money and wanted to pay off the full payment because they said it was almost paid off. Paid that then said not really you still owe for rims. They didn't tell us the real total. Then quarantine started and two weeks in after my mom didn't have a job they show up on our door step demanding payment that was only $80 behind. And accused my mom of lying when all restaurants where closed because she is a server. Could of gotten us sick and I am at higher risk cause of kidney disease and my elderly grandmother lives with us. And continued so come entire quarantine. I find then to be rude and shady while not caring about state safety precautions and human life.
RNR Tire has fantastic customer service. They are willing to take the time to help you find the right set up for tires and wheels for your car or truck. They are very patient and have a relaxed environment so you feel comfortable choosing you're products. Thanks to Alex and the crew.
At first things were not great cause someone got the paperwork missed up. Someone didn't always put air in the tires, but then Brooklyn got it all right and now it's fine. I really like this place at RNR I recommend this place for anyone to get tires and rims.

Brooklyn has really been helpful through the entire process by being courteous and as helpful as possible..even when my original factory rims were gotten rid of she continues to help and go out if her way in finding me more rims for my vehicle..while being very professional
